Terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
The short version. Cagepick is a free game for adults. There is no money involved, no stakes and no prizes. Play fairly, keep your handle decent, and accept that official results decide the scores. You can delete your account whenever you like.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Cagepick, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Cagepick.
Who can play
You must be 18 or over. One account is for one person, and you are responsible for what happens on it, so keep your Apple or Google sign-in secure.
What Cagepick is, and is not
Cagepick is a free prediction game: you call the winner, method and round of each fight and score points against other players. It is not gambling. You cannot pay to play, stake anything, or win money or prizes, and nothing on Cagepick is betting advice.
Cagepick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the UFC or any other promotion, fighter or broadcaster. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to identify the fights.
Picks and locking
- Picks for a card close when the card locks, normally when the first fight starts. After that, picks cannot be added or changed.
- Your picks save as you make them. Check your card before it locks: if a pick did not save, for example because you lost your connection, we cannot add it afterwards.
- If a fight changes after you picked it, for example a new opponent, the affected pick stops counting until you pick that fight again, if the card is still open.
Results and scoring
- Scores follow the scoring rules and are based on the official result of each fight, taken from trusted sources.
- Results are sometimes corrected, overturned or changed to a no contest after the event. When that happens we update the result and rescore every pick on that fight, which can move scores and rankings up or down.
- A cancelled fight, or one that ends without a scorable result, is voided and scores nothing for anyone.
- We try hard to get every result right. If you think one is wrong, email [email protected] and we will look into it, but our corrected result is final for the game.
Handles and names
Your handle and display name are visible to other players. They must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, pretend to be someone else, or advertise anything. We may block, change or remove a handle or name that breaks this, and we may refuse ones that look official, such as names containing Cagepick.
Fair play
Do not:
- use more than one account to gain an advantage, such as spreading different picks across accounts to climb a leaderboard
- use bots, scripts or automated tools, or scrape the site or its data
- exploit a bug instead of reporting it, or try to get into other people's accounts or our systems
- harass, threaten or abuse other players
If you do, we may remove you from leaderboards, void the picks involved, or suspend or close your account. Where it is fair to, we will tell you why.
Leaving, and us closing an account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us. Your picks, scores and account details are then removed as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Our content
The Cagepick name, logo, design and software belong to Cagepick. You may use the game for your own enjoyment, but not copy, resell or build on it without our permission. Fight information and fighter photos come from third parties and remain theirs.
Changes to the game
Cagepick is a free service that is still growing. We may change features, scoring rules for future events, or the cards we cover, and we may pause or end the service. Scoring changes never apply to a card that has already locked.
Our responsibility to you
We provide Cagepick as it is and as available, and cannot promise it will always work without interruption or error. Because the game is free and involves no money, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or disappointment over a result, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
